Sub-Zero Service San Marco is an independent practice serving San Marco, San Jose, St. Nicholas, and Epping Forest in Jacksonville, Florida 32207. There is no custom booking form on this site by design — appointments are made by phone or through the external booking page, and both land on the same weekday calendar.

What should I have ready when I ring the workshop?

Three things speed the visit: the model and serial number from the sticker inside the cabinet or behind the kick grille, any error code currently on the display, and the community or building name if you sit behind a gate. With those in hand we can often narrow the likely fault, confirm parts availability, and arrange access before we ever load the van.

Is there a charge for the diagnostic visit?

There is a diagnostic fee for the visit, and it is credited toward the repair when you proceed. We quote it plainly when you book rather than after we arrive, and no further work is authorized until the fault is found and the figure agreed. On the high-ticket sealed-system repairs we prove the cause before naming a price — never the other way around.

Do you publish an online booking form on this site?

No custom on-site booking form is published here. Appointments are made one of two ways: by ringing the workshop line during weekday hours, or through the external booking page linked from the buttons on this site. Both reach the same calendar, so use whichever suits you — the phone is quickest if you want to describe the symptom first.

How is access handled for gated and riverfront properties?

Name the community when you book. Our paperwork stays current with the Epping Forest gatehouse and the managed Southbank buildings, and for the deep River Road lots we confirm the drive and any household-staff calendar ahead of time. Arranging clearance before the appointment is the whole reason a short, local service map is worth keeping.
